Daniel Toner

Mr. Toner’s practice is concentrated on generating effective employee benefit answers and solutions for his clients. Mr. Toner has worked in the health insurance business for over twenty-two years, working for both carriers and as a producer. Today, Mr. Toner’s major focus is on the Affordable Care Act of 2010 and how companies will integrate its requirements into their benefits offerings.
