
John joined the Jaskol Group in 2003 and has over 35 years of experience in the industry. John has moved to Emeritus status at the Jaskol Group. Enjoying his time in South Carolina, John will focus on special projects for the Jaskol Group team.
John dedicated his career serving exclusively owners of privately held and family-controlled businesses. Business and personal planning skills include wealth and asset transfer planning, business succession planning, valuation and gifting techniques, qualified and non-qualified planning, estate and charitable planning, and intergenerational family planning. John will be providing leadership for team training and development going forward. His corporate development skills include: strategic planning, executive incentive compensation planning, valuation, and internal and external buy/sell negotiations.
In addition, he will continue to focus on specific client related projects where his expertise adds value to the design and presentation process.
Like Jeff, John is also a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Finance and Commerce with a concentration in Business Management.
On the personal side, John has been married to Muffy for over thirty years, and they are proud parents of their son John Logan. John divides his personal time among his family, golf, exploring new surroundings in Charleston SC, and several charitable organizations. He served on the Board at the Salvation Army and works actively toward the protection of America's endangered historical sites as a member of the Civil War Preservation Trust.
